13. Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
Makeup products and skincare products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligible Return Cases
A return request may be accepted only in the following cases:

✔ The customer received a product that does not match the ordered product
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

✔ Be unopened and unused
✔ Remain sealed with the manufacturer's original seal

14. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the result of your return request within 3 business days.
If the return is approved:
✔ Only the product value will be refunded
✔ The refund will be issued through a bank transfer or shopping voucher
✔ Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect product or product damage
Change of Mind
If the return is requested due to a change of mind:
✔ Shipping fees will not be refunded
✔ The customer may be responsible for applicable return shipping costs
Online Payment Fees
For orders originally paid online, a 2.5% bank transaction fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
